I built these for my Talon but since I scraped/parted it out and don't plan on buying another (at least for the for seeable future) I'm selling them.

LED Bumper Markers/Turn Signals (sequential) - $200
These have a custom microcontroller that runs the boards, turn signal speed is adjustable, uCs are installed in project boxes.
These are ready to rock, just pop them into your bumper and wire them up.
LED Turn Signals/Markers for the headlights (will only fit 2Ga to my knowledge) - $150
These are also sequential and run the same microcontroller as the bumper lights.
These are very easy to wire, just power, ground and turn signal/marker input.
