2g auto tranny in a 90 galant

My tranny just went ou ton my 90 galant auto and was wondering if a 95 gst auto tranny would work. Ive heard of 2g trannys going in 1g but they where manuals. Please help someone

I don't think anyone makes a 6 bolt flexplate that mounts to the 2G tranny, so unless you get one custom made, no, you can't put a 2G auto trans in a 6 bolt car.

There is a production flexplate that should be close- I've had people modify the bolt holes on this factory piece and make it work.

Ill call ,what about the electronics would i have to do anything extra or is it plug and play
