What kind of problems could I run into on a 1g awd running stock boost, stock turbo, 3" turbo back and intake, with a 255 lph fuel pump and no afc or tuning? Will the car run too rich, or run like crap?

Yes, you will need an afpr. :)

Do a search on "afpr" and "overrun", it has been discussed many times.

The thing is I am looking at buying this car. It has 3" turbo back, intake, 2g exhaust manifold, evo3 o2 housing, and 255lph fuel pump. along with suspension and brakes. The guy wants 4500. its a 90 with only 68k miles. im tryin to decide if its worth it. I dont want to have to change stuff out if its gunna run like crap.

P.S. anyone have a guess at what the car would run as it sits now? (its at stock boost)

Well If the car is in good shape and what not its a good deal.
But our cars run rich as they are stock giving it more fuel with out a way to adj it is not wise.. like Bruce said AFPR.. search for the info of member with similiar mods and see what they are running.

I was going to put in the 255FP also (evo 16G @ 13psi) would that be fine or what?

There is really no sense in putting in a pump. Just do a rewire.

i had a 255lph, intake, turbo back (3") and an ACT 2100. Never even thought about installing an AFPR. Daily drove it for months like that.
So you're saying you have no need for the afpr installed in your car right now? No difference in drivability or fuel efficiency? Did you know you had no problems because you were logging and had a fuelpressure gauge which told you for sure the stock fpr was not being overrun? What was the fuel pressure? I'm not challenging you, I'm saying you most likely had problems but just didn't know it.

This is always my main point. A 255 WILL over run the stock FPR. If you don't know it, then you most likely don't have the means or the knowledge to spot it. If you do know it is over running the reg, then its up to you to decide if that bothers you or not. ;) Some poeple don't care. I like my tuning to make sense, but that's my preference. People with AFPRs are usually STILL getting over run and they don't know it (stock return line is the next restriction). Getting 38 or 43 psi with the hose off is great, but everyone forgets that with the hose on pressure needs to be base pressure minus half of your vacuum reading (2 in/hg is 1 psi) ;) A stock camed 1g with 20" of vacuum would have to be at 28 psi with the hose on, as an example.
