1st gen head on 2g

ok, i have a question. i have a 2nd gen talon. and am planning on dropping a 1st gen 6 bolt on it. and i'd like to go with a 1st gen head because of the bigger ports, esp if i can get the whole 6 bolt long block.

anyway, how hard is it to use a 1st gen head? do all the sensors just change right over? i'm going to use a custom turbo manifold, but what about the intake mani? do i have to get a 1st gen? just want a little more info on this. thanks
