1990 Tsi AWD Time Capsule Maintenence

Hey Everybody,

So I found this 1990 Cherry Red Talon Tsi AWD in original/mint condition with 33k original miles.
Car is 100% stock.
A car collector kept it in a garage for 18 years under a carcover...
Here is my issue where I need help:
1. car sat for so long the original tires had dead spots in it(replaced)
2. gaskets are ROCK hard and break like glass...does this indicate the head gasket needs to be replaced?
3. original belts (cracked)
4. Gas tank rusted from inside (replaced with new OEM)
5. fluids are new/replaced
Is there anything else that needs replacing due to age and car not running for so long?

Looks like a beautiful talon. Did the owner at least start it regularly if not I would definitely change all the belts including timing components and do the basic maintenance before firing her up. Also check the compression for any worries of head gasket and pistons.

An excellent find for sure - almost in the collectable area where the value remains worthy being all stock and no mods added to destroy the value !
