For about the past month my car (96 TSI AWD 5spd 84k) has been hesitating under boost intermitantly, a few days ago I got a check engine light (P1105, Fuel pressure solenoid) and this morning on my way to work a new problem developed. The car started and ran fine including a long warmup to...
It's been a while since I owned my automatic dsm but I had a problem with the tranny going into limp mode and found that I had a loose electrical connection on the tranny (I don't remember what plug it was). Since the exhaust shop was working around your tranny when they did the install did you...
I have the same problem that you are describing. The only mods that my car has is a 9lb flywheel, ACT 2600 and a stainless clutch line. I park on a slightly downhill slope and can feel the car want to pull forward when I let the clutch out and the rev's drop for just a second and then usually...

Can anyone tell me what the pot metal part in this photo is that I highlighted. This is a picture I got off of ebay for an entire column but I just need the part that holds the ignition cylinder to repair a car that was stolen. Thanks,
Jared
I am trying to help a guy put together a 97 GST that was stolen and striped for parts. He needs my stock IC piping and BOV. I have a dejon tool full set of piping that is flanged for TurboXS BOV's and a turboxs RFL. There is no way that I plan to run this BOV and would sell it in favor of a...
Thanks to all for their input and I have decided to stick with my stock turbo for now, sell the 14b and hold onto the kit for when I buy a 16g some day. I'm sure I will loose my buyer now since I doubt he will be interested in buying the turbo once I tell him he needs to buy an install kit for...
