I have one 1G unit ready made to go! In raw finish it can be packed and shipped with in 2 days.

Black costing can be added but delays a few days for the process.

Avoid the 2-3 week wait times normally had with order them as they are made to order.

A few have shipped today and some more over the next few days for both 1G and 2G units!

Hey all, nearly ready to start shipping these shortly.

Just waiting on some bolts for the 2G that were on back order bit due in this week.

Just adding a few pics of the ones I have made currently in both stone chip protected and brushed effect.

They just need a final rinse and then can be packed ready to start shipping!

Got some welding done on the cap parts and 1g breather pipe mounts today.

Laser cutting is in so i can start on the necks and surrounds / mounting.

Just a break down of the cap and what is inside that makes it work.

Inside you have a SS ball bearing then an o ring to reduce noise when it sits on the base of the vent / shut off valve housing. up top you have the O ring in the cap that sits nicely on the stainless piece that also seals them together once threaded on. All mounted together with nice stainless dome head bolts

UPDATE!!!

A bunch of parts on order and coming in bit by bit.

CNC machined parts are nearly done! Caps all finished and awaiting the BB holder for the roll over shut off valve.

Stainless necks are getting there and will be done by the end of the week.

95% of the hardware ordered and will be arriving soon.

ATTENTION I have just adjusted the prices as I have gone for an economy shipping service which is about 5-7 days this removes £25 from the total amount! hopefully this helps a bit.

I hate the shipping charges from the UK but have zero control over them! they just put prices up another 8% this year anyway!
