Installation of a throwout bearing is not rocket science.

Go and get a throwout bearing from Mitsubishi -- MD749998

Properly lubricate the clutch fork pivot ball; the input shaft sleeve/or inner portion of the throwout bearing that rides on the input shaft sleeve; and the clutch fork pivot points for the throwout bearing. Use a quality synthetic grease for all the lubrication points.

Be sure that the throwout bearing retainer spring is properly installed, and that the input shaft sleeve is not galled up or damaged. If it is not smooth, use a red scotchbrite pad or some metal sandpaper to smooth the input shaft sleeve for better movement of the throwout bearing.

Also, inspect your clutch fork for excessive wear of the pivot points, and the spring retainer on the backside of the clutch fork so that it retains tightly against the clutch fork pivot ball.
