o2 sensor wiring

need to know what each wire on the o2 sensor does have a new one and cant get it to work right, think its wired wrong please help? my pocketlogger keeps saying that I have 1.27v and I know that isn't right. the aftermarket one has (2)black (1)white (1)blue.
white is the groung, blacks are the heater, blue is the signal wire.

According to my 99 Mitsu manual the original (harness) has red and yellow as the heater (red is the thickest of the 4 and is +12v thru MFI relay, yellow is return to ECU). Black is common with other sensors and goes to ECU (or possibly ignition switch on 95's) and white is signal wire to ECU.
