lotus esprite turbo a close cousin?

anyone ever wonder about this? the 1g dsm is a poor mans super car, very quick, easily tuned (with half a brain) and awesome performance. take the pre v-8 lotus esprite trubo. 2.2 liter turbo charged intercooled, and its a "supercar". i dunno, i was just thinking how we may have .2 liters less, but for many thousands less we take you on just as wild a ride!

Maybe lotus thought about this, and then released the Esprit V8 Turbo, which will run anything pretty close. Even a heavily modded DSM.

Wasn't Lotus bought out by Ford or someone, and then they went to the V8?

More than likely, Ford and a few others own almost everyone.

In a few years we will all be driving the same cars.

Lol the only thing a Lotus has in common with a DSM is the fact it has
T-25's as the turbos.
