Not to long ago i posted a thread about a 1g dsm i was looking at getting looked perfect but while doin the test drive the CEL came on and off but nothing seemed wrong. so a few days ago i took my friend back with me and he ran a Diagnose on it, it came up with a TPS error he checked everythign else so it looks like its just the sensor.

Now my ? is, i'm goin to get the sensor replaced and it should take care of everything but is there anything else i should be concerned about like why the sensor went bad or if while it was goin back it could of damaged something else. I know i'm not goin to get a specific answer cuz there are to many things that i dont konw but i'm just looking for ppl's opinions

Thanks
