Hey guys. I just got done checking my isc and all the numbers seemed to be around 26.8-28 or 29 ohms. I know that it's supposed to be 28-33 ohms for all of them. I also thought I read somewhere that it should be tested at room temperature. Seeing as how its about 30 degrees outside, I was curious if it is still ok...?

Edit: I would say that about 2 of them were around 26.8 and the other two were around 28 ohms. Just to clarify. Not sure which was which though.

You'll be fine. 1.2 ohms won't make that much of a difference. You're okay with testing them at lower than room temp, also. Testing at a lower temp will just mean that your resistance measurements will be slightly lower than what they would be at room temp.

i had the same problem u have right now. it was a bad ECU i had in my car. switched the ecu and all went back to normal

I assumed it was the ecu, so I ordered an Eprom and DSMLink. Good enough excuse I suppose. :) I just wanted to make sure the ISC was ok first so I wouldn't screw up my new ecu.

You did the right thing by checking the ISC doe shorted windings before putting a "new" ECU in. I don't remember seeing burned up drivers on your old ECU board but since it did have the caps replaced due to leakage it was very likely that at least one leg of the ISC circuit was bad. One of the circuit traces runs right under the front most filter capacitor.
