my drag times

well i went to the drag strip before i sell my car. it was actually supposed to be gone yesterday but i made him wait to race it . anyway heres my best time which was my first run

60' 2.086

1/8 [email protected]

1/4 [email protected]

only mods are 3'' turbo back and upped the psi by 3 so not a bad 1/4mile imo

i know with better shifting a 14.6 could have been done. i started to power shift after that run going from 3rd-4th.

what do you all think?

Impressed with the 2.0 60'??

Thats pretty weak for an AWD car, with a more normal 1.8 60' you could get down to a 14.3-15.5

whats the normal 60' for a pretty much stock 1g dsm? this was done a toronto motorsports in cayuga and was done on pump 91 octane gas

Pretty good for the first time out with it. You could have gotten that 60 ft. down to 1.7-1.8 and gotten that time down like stated above. That car would run 13's with a little experience. Just a 1.7 60 ft. would have netted a 14.1

Thats funny you sold the car and would not givehim the car so you could beat it up one last time.If I were him I would have told you to eat s### and give me my car.I think thats a pretty good time for mostly stock but like everyone else said the 2.0 60ft slowed your et down.
