will 1g oil & water lines fit a 2g

after reading cucumbers 14b install on a 2g i figured i would try the same. just want to know will the oil and water lines off a 1g fit on a 2g since i can found them in good condition.

the front one won't, because it threads into the front water pipe on the 1G's. just re-use the 2G one.

the 1G oil feed line will fit, but you'll need the banjo bolt at the head and a 3/8" NPT plug to block off the passage at the oil filter housing.

I prefer to use a SS feed line from the filter housing on a 2g. The drain line works after you hack it per the VFAQ. Also read Toms notes in red about swapping front and rear water lines and bending slightly to fit. I have always used this method and never need any extra water line as he suggests. IMO its worth the 40 bucks, and if you use his method of making that LICP, you wont even have the expense of the J/L pipes, so theres really no reason not to get it.
