Well i remember reading somewhere on this forum thatthe 4g64 does not any intakes or exhausts made for it unless it was custom... I wanted to hear it this sounded like a good price... $125+the price of the exhaust tip for a 2 and 1/4 inch pipe, i think he sed 2 and a 1/4, all the way back to the tip welded and ready to go?! what u guys think? decent price or rip off?

seriously??i coulda sworn i heard no intakes or exhausts would fit the 4g64 unless it was a custom job.. still.. what about the price... sound expensive?

Yup, a 4G64 spyder can use any FWD model 2G catbacks. If you
are NA, I wouldn't go higher than a 2.5" mandrel pipe plus a resonator tho.

Nobody makes and actual intake pipe for the 4G64 Spyder, but you can use
a 2G turbo air filter and MAS adapter.

The price that you stated above is fair. That's about what you'll find at any local muffler shop. If that's the route you have decided to go, then do it dude.

would a 2 and a 1/4 pipe be too big for a stock N/A spyder? My cousin told me if i get it too big, i will reduce the any type of power it does already give. And for a tip would it make a difference if its a rounded muffler or dual head tip? stock its a dual but dunno if there is one that would be better?

2.5" is what I ran on my Spyder before I turbo'd it . No loss in power from what I could tell and a nice gain in top end. 2 1/4 catback would be fine. Like I said, run a resonator tho to keep the sound down. A 4G64 engine is bigger than a 4G63 2L and will be happy once it breathes and exhales better. Don't be scared. :D
