Will Front Spoiler from a 97' TSI Fit a 95' TSI?

I want to get a 97' Talon AWD because of the agressive front bumber or spoiler ,but cant afford that year car.
Will the front bumber fit on a 95' Talon AWD I would amagin it would ,but just seaing if anyone has tried this or heard of this being done.
