Mine was brand new as well. Actually bought it from a Porsche dealership off of eBay.

i can't decide whether i want the clear lights all the way accross the back or just the 2 sides and have black in the middle with a turbo badge on it. my question is, where can i find the "turbo badge" i think maybe people get them of porsche's? i dunno. that's kinda what i'm talkin' about though. i can't find any pics online either so it's hard to describe. hopefully someone knows where i can find one and get me a link.

Well take a look at the cars that have them. (Porsche, VW bug, Celica Alltrac) I know there are others. Then whatever style you like go to the dealership and purchase one from them. Check ebay, salvage yards, or a mall parking lot. Errrr, dont do the parking lot but just browse ebay or something.

Go to ebay-in the car and truck parts section. Then go to decals and emblems. There are a fe w on there.
Anywhere from porsche..all the way down to turbo badges off turbo lebarons and probes.

Yeah what about 1gs? I seen a 1g with the turbo badge on the part of the wing that lights up when you press the brakes! I would love to get my hands on that

The two most popular "turbo" badges used on DSM's are from Porsche's and VW's, just as Bigglesworth87 stated. The best place to find them is eBay. That's where I got mine for about $15...... Also, stick with your stock taillights. The "altezza" taillights will only prove to be a disappointment down the road.

sweet. thanks for the help. i'm not a big fan of ebay. so that's why i never thought to look there. and cuz i hate used anything. that's why i first bought a lancer. and... in case anyone was wondering WHY on earth i bought an auto. it's because it was only $7000 and it's probably one of the cleanest engines i've ever seen. and it only has 60,000miles on it. that is a deal i couldn't pass up. believe me. i REALLY REALLY wanted a manual. and a GSX. i've actually been looking for one since june. but, like i said, i couldn't pass this deal up.
