Does anybody knows what mitsubishi car/suv this came from i would love to have this remote as my keyless entry instead of the ugly one that i have now.

Take the FCC ID number off the back of the remote, put it in eBay's search, and tell it to search titles and body.
You will not be able to use it on a DSM if its FCC number isn't GQ43VT6T, it will not work with a DSM. That doesn't mean it won't work very well, or that you can get it to work, or that if only one number or letter is different it will kinda-work, but that it will not work at all, and cannot be modified to work.
So. See if you can cut enough off an extra DSM remote's circuit board and get it to fit, and get the buttons to line up.
Good luck. You'll need it.

Oh, and take all that other crap off your ignition key. Run ignition keys naked.

Nice. I got an alarm where the keyfob had the switch blade key, and the buttons work obviously with the alarm it came with. Looks like the VWs. Everyone always shocking to people when they see it, and its this 17 year old car ha. Looks all oem because the key works to the car and the bottoms with the alarm.

I know having to unlock the car with your other keyfob there, then going to the other keyfob with the switchblade key is not all too cool and convenient.

Defiant, his pic shows an alarm keyfob that doesn't look to be OEM to begin with (at least i've never seen them look like that). So he maybe is running an aftermarket alarm, in which case he would have to go and see his alarms manual about programming extra keyfobs and seeing if that flipkey one he has is compatible.
