Well about 3 days after the running good, my car has been not able to get into boost. If I get on the gas 100% throttle and begin to build boost the car stumble and sounds like an automatic weapon. It is like when you disconnect one of your spark plugs and try driving. It sounds like this every time I go 100% throttle and begin to build boost, around 4000rpm's. If will free rev fine.

Things I've tried already:
New Plugs
New Wires
New Coil Pack
New Transistor pack
New Throttle body w/ TPS
Compression test 175 on all 4 cylinders

What could this be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like a mass air flow metering problem. check the diagnostic on the car and see what you come up with. it will tell you what to do in a chilton manual. my car did some what the same thing. it would rev fine until i hit max boost at about 3,400rpm then studder through 4k then rev fine through 5-7k. after a while it got worse.

Not sure if this will help, but, have you checked your fuel settings? I know I was adjusting for fuel a while back and was getting it too rich. It was acting like you were describing. I can get it to do that, if I increase the fuel pressure too. You might check those.
