SAFC vs Fuel Pressure Regulator

Hey guys first time using this forum so bare with me.
Question, I currently have the Star Performance Stg2 Setup on my '97 RS Eclipse, full 2 1/2 in exhaust no cat, custom 2 1/2 intake, HRC 625cc injectors, upgraded fuel pump with vortec fmu and a S-AFC. Now i'm not really sure on how to use the S-AFC but can get help, would it be better if i get a Fuel pressure regulator and control my fuel from there besides the S-AFC, i dont adjust my psi on a regular basis just usually leave alone at say 9-11 lbs boost.

does any one have a diagram or know how to install safc gen 1 on a 97 nonturbo eclipse /w turbo ..I need a diagram or instructions on how to install this unit
