I'm doing the 1g big brake up grade. My question is when ordering powerslot rotors they ask if my car has a solid rear. What does this mean?

It's referring to whether your rear rotors are vented or solid. Vented rotors have fins in the middle to radiate and dissipate heat generated from braking. Vented rear rotors are more common on high performance cars. Average, everyday cars with four wheel disc brakes usually have solid rear rotors. Since the front brakes do the majority of the braking, the rear rotors don't need to be vented, as not enough heat is generated to warrant vented rotors. That being said, your car has solid rear rotors.

Yeah. there was a small window in '95 where the rears were vented. But the solids came back.
