Parts for a 6 bolt

Hey quick question. Since the only difference a 6 bolt and a 7 bolt 4g63 is the bolt pattern,
will parts for the 7 bolt fit the 6 bolt. (i.e. pistons, cams , fmic so on....)?

Some will, some won't, all of the parts you mentioned will but the cams don't matter, since they're in the head and not the block.
