The car has been sitting in underground garage for 15 years. I changed the fuel, and it seems that it could start, but i wasn't able to. No “Check engine” light. Looks like it must be towed.

• 1999 Eclipse front bumper
• Kamikaze side skirts
• clear turn signals
• painted rear reflector
• all decals removed
• tinted rear window

Stereo

• AIWA MP3/CD unit
• JBL 6.5” + tweeters component speakers in the front
• Clarion 6" x 9” in rear
• Amp 1: Audio Acoustic, 4ch 600w (runs front and back speakers)
• Amp 2: Rockford Fosgate 600w , 2ch, bridged (runs sub)
• Kicker Crossover
• Kicker L7 square subwoofer in 1 sq.ft box

What is broken

• Trunk/hatch lid doesn’t hold when it is open
• passenger door cannot be open with the key
• remote has a dead battery
• tires are almost flat, must be pumped
• transmission started to slip the day i parked it
  
• I wasn’t able to start the car after putting fresh fuel. It does start for a second, then dies. No “Check engine” light.

The car is located in Mountain View , CA in underground garage. 7 feet clearance.
