long story short i need to know if i can lean out my gm maf alittle bit cause im running really rich on the top end(between 4500-and 5500) i just recently purchased a palm m100 off ebay but havent got it yet. can i lean it out enough to go wot without hitting fuel cut. i will be able to use the logger after i get the software but for now i was wanting to lean it out just enough to go wot without fuel cut. my settings on my maf are base is 2 for the stock injectors mid is f and the wot is f.

cause inbetween shifts it backfires a little and when im just sitting a stop light i can kinda smell the hint of gas in the exhaust. i have a 3in down pipe back but recently took off the cat back part so im just running with straight downpipe right now.. and the crappy gas mileage.

If you are concerned with hitting fuel cut lower the boost for now. You won't (and neither will we) know if you can take fuel out without something to monitor a/f or atleast knock.

thanx for the info but my boost is already down to 10-12 psi.ill just wait until i get my datalogger and live with it being a little rich. it shouldnt hurt n e thing being rich.
