Help in MN

hey guys, so i just got this talon, and it has been over two years since i seen this car last. since then it has had the rims stolen, headlights as well. they took the turbo and manifold as well. since all that happened we got these 3000gt? rims on it, put the stock lights in and got a new turbo as well as a 2g? manifold. Ive got most of it reconnected under the hood, except for the turbo. the old intercoolers pipe doesnt meet up with the new turbo and im having some troubles figuring out where to run these coolant lines. and also, the guages were all stolen so im not sure what ones ill need or where to find nice ones here in Minnesota. If anyone knows someone that has a shop, or that can just come over and take a gander at it and let me know what i may be missing or give me a few ideas as to how to set it all up it would be greatly appreciated. Ill even pay someone.
