Compresion Test on 2g

Hey sorry for so many threads im tryin to find out as much as i can. My 2g was rebuilt by the first owner some old dude that i bought it from right. Short block, heads everything new turbo the whole works. Now i want to know if 165 all across fine for a 2g or is it high like the 1g this car was made in 07/21/94 the guy i bought it from bought the car 11/11/94 can this compresion be the one fromt he first gen sence they have higher compresion? I have a couple of people tell me thats a bit high for a 2g could my dsm have first gen internals, sence i have raced every other gs-t out there and walked on them same psi's. Please someone help im really lost with this car still .

1G's have LOWER compression than a 2G, not higher.

Hey i did the comprasion test again and it gave me 165 again all across now i also checked the oil pan and it was just like the 1g could it be that this old man when he rebuilt the motor did everything from the first gen or is my gs-t one of a kind also does it have the infamus defective computer, cause it has a recall for it i dont want to take it in yet till i find out plz email me with details thanks.
