Civic Half Radiator in 1G?

So.. just finished my engine rebuild today and the stock radiator is all rotted and leaking so time to replace it... thinking of getting a civic 2row all aluminum one and making brackets for it... however im gonna daily the car is it enough on a hot summers day with a 12in fan??

My brother ran a civic half rad on his car. 9:1 aluminum rod motor. He didn't even run a ran, but he was running e85.

You can run them just invest in a good fan and fan shroud!

ps.. the radiator im looking at is 42mm thick
