Car now refuse to idle when cold
#############################

Hi to everyone.

My car has finally started, but when it got hot, it stalled.

Car has been sitting there for some years (almost for), and went to a complete maintenance schedule.

All the following have been replaced.

Air filter
Fuel Filter
Oil Filter + Oil
Coolant
Water pump
Balance belt and timming belt
New hidraulic tensioner
Exhaust manifold has been ported
Exhaust gaskets

On the first run, it took a bit to start, let's say 15 seconds. After 3 or 4 seconds of hesitation, it went smooth on a 1200 rpm idling routine. Perhaps too high, I don't know.

I let it there for a two or three mins, and turn it off. Smoke was coming as I had made some dirtness in the exhaust part.

Second try, and when the car get's hot it stalls.
I have made a third try with ecmlink, wich I do not know how to use. I have attached a log of it.
As long as i slighty touch throtle, engine keeps going on.

By any chance did you invert the wires for the temp switch and the coolant temp switch? I remember someone doing this before....the car starts and idles but then floods when getting to temp and dies. I can't remember if the plugs are the same or not but remember happening before.

@trilogy turbos: Nope. I only removed cts plug to resolder wires. (had then cut)

UPDATE: Now car doesn't idle when HOT neither.

I have a full log of ECM starting the car when cold.
Is that the normal behaviour of Oxigen sensor?

I have read a lot about this. Vacuum lost, hole in intake, bad ISC, BISS, o2 sensor... but I don't figure out where to start with.

I would rather just attach the new log, and wish that someone will figure out what can be wrong, or what can I do to get new data to find the problem.

I don't know where these are. I think I ordered the dsmlink for stock injector with stock MAF on it. It isn't that way?

I just checked it, and I ordered that way

Code:
      2. Injectors Stock
        4. MAF Type Stock
        1. ECU Type 1G DSM (1990-1994)

Is this an issue related to ECMlink config or to the mechanical car config?

Removed both of them.
Oxigen values a bit high? Maybe an open intake somewhere letting air not accounter for, entering the cyls?

Do you know, by any chance, where does the evap solenoid is plugged in for vac on a 1g?
Perhaps a cap has felt, perhaps I forgot to put a cap somewhere on the vacuum removal day.

I removed ISC and made a run test. That's what it does turning on and off the key.
