Can Someone Identify These Cams?

So here's the deal, I bought a "package deal" from a guy when I was over seas, and he said that the engine head included HKS 272's but when I returned home I found out that I might not have gotten everything I expected. The only markings that are on the camshafts are 3 imprints. There is "K" a "KA" and "ES 4604" stamped on different parts of both the cams. If anyone can help me identify these I would really appreciate it. Thanks in Advance

well...thats not a 272 im sure of that. HKS marks their stamps with the * marking about 2/3rds down the cam, under a lobe.

The "K" and "KA" sound familiar though...

This is what HKS cams look like. If you don't see the letters HKS stamped in them, you were ripped off.

Well it wasn't hard to figure out I was ripped off, but if I was hoping someone could tell me what I have so that I can decide if I want to change them while the motor is apart. Thanks for the help so far, please keep the replies coming.
