Bottle pressure problems

Alright, I just got done installing my Nitrous Express Genx-2 kit. When I first get the bottle filled I have no problems with my bottle pressue--duh. But after a few uses, I am now unable to get over 600psi even when my bottle heater is on, when I touch the bottle heater its not warm at all. I dont understand this, When I turn the swtich on, it lights up and everything like its supossed to but I cannot get over 600 psi, even if I try and leave my bottle heater on for awhile before spraying. Any insight?

Are you using the thermostat? If you are then I would bypass it temporarly and see if the heater will come on properly. If so then there is a problem with it and you need to call NX. If your not using the thermostat then I woudl check your wiring. If you used really small gauge wire then your going to run into a problem because that thing pulls a lot of power so you may have poped the fuse or melted the relay or something odd like that.

I dont know your wiring set up, but obviously you arent getting any power to the heater (or maybe to the ground) so I second checking for a fuse or fried wire. The bottle heater gets HOT. I have touched a few that use a pressure switch so when the NO2 level is low, the bottle gets hotter to up the pressure.

I'm using the pressure transducer, not a thermostat. I checked the fuse, relay, power, ground and everything else I could think of...I cannot figure out for the life of me what is wrong, I think I may take it to a shop and have them look at it. I'll probably take another look at it tommorow and see if I over looked anything. Its just pissing me off!
