Hey all! I recently saw a.... I hate to say it .....Honda with a blue type of tint on or in the glass of his headlights. It looked almost like the glass was tinted blue at certain angles but was perfectly clear???? Has anyone heard of a headlight that is made for the 2G eclipse with a blue glass housing??

Understand that the blue was not overwhelming but you could definitly see it in the sun and Im sure it makes his headlights blue as hell!!
I think this could look very good on a dsm. thanks

At Different Angles my headlights seem like they are tinted blue but its just the reflection of the blue headlight bulbs I have in there. My headlights and corner lights appear to be blue sometimes if you stand just right. Its just reflections.

You should read up on lights before bluing yours in any way. It might look cool, but it also increases glare and *decreases* the light output of your lamps (think about it --- you're putting a filter on your headlights) ...

You're talking about the same kind of tint found on the drift cars in Japan right?
I figured it would just be a matter of time before someone does it over here. I personally think it looks cool...a;ways wondered myself where or how it is done. Kinda' like Oakely lens too.?
I am guessing the cops would be on that really fast though.:(

YA its prety much like that but its only tinted a little. My friend did it a long time ago and I forgot what he used I think it was like a spray on the inner side of the lense. Really wierd. Anyone else know what Im talking about.

Be sure to check if it is legal for you to do that. Many states have laws regarding forward facing lights being blue in color. I've heard stories of people with the windshield washer lights getting tickets for them being blue.
