2G Bad gas mileage with no reason

Hi, I'm from Brazil. I'm sorry if my English is not very understandable. I have an 95 Eclipse turbo, it's got 33k miles and I'm having trouble fixing the bad mileage. I'm getting 11.5 Miles per gallon or 4,4 KMs per liter.

The thing is, I have no check engine lights on. I got the car sensors checked with a scanner by a mechanic, got new injectors (used ) but good, new FPR, new IAC, and still my car takes 3 cranks to get going when Its been sitting for more than 20 minutes.

If anyone could help with possible reasons for the bad mileage and long start I would be really grateful.

Fuel pressure at fuel rail should be at spec for days after engine shutoff (which may be your excessive cranking problem). Also have your compression tested.

You said sensors checked. What did they read? Coolant temp sensor and o2 sensors are big suspects for bad gas mileage. Boost leaks don't help either so check those.
