acting like fuel cut

I have a 92 GS that has the non turbo 2.0 in it. I then swaped every turbo part i could to make the swap right. The problem im having is that, it is acting like im hitting fuel cut. After the car warms up it will miss and then if i try to go full throttle at about 5000 rpms its like im hitting a brick wall. The hitting the brick wall happens when cold or warmed up. Could the ECU be going bad? or maybe the coils?

New plugs? Whats the gap? I would eliminate any problem of spark first then hunt down the fuel. May need a fuel pump rewire.

yup new plugs. They might have 200 miles on them. Thay are ngk and i think i gaped them at 25. I cant think what kind of ngk plugs they are
