I just wanted to see how people are plumbing these large single pumps at the tank for a 2G AWD. Can it be setup like a "pick-up" style setup where fuel is drawn out the tank or do these need to be gravity feed out of a fuel cell. Any help will be appreciated.

Those pumps are typically for NA setups, IE LS1's and such.
If twin walbro's aren't enough for you, I would suggest an in tank walbro with a bosch 044 inline.
That will support you for a good while.

I have seen comparison graphs online on that a1000 and all the different pumps, I'll try to find it for ya.

Notice how much it flows where your car would be at idle. Thats a LOT of fuel going back to the tank.
When you need the fuel, the less of it there is to be had past 70psi line pressure.
