2ga/b Combination

I was just curious if anyone could help me out. I would really like to put a 2gb front bumper along with the headlights on my 95. Does anyone have a picture of a 2ga with just the 2gb bumper/headlights, painted a solid color...prefereably black? I just wanted to get a feel for what it looks like. I actually perfer the 2ga rear bumper and spoiler, but definately want to ditch the front bumper and headlights. Also, is there any difference between the sideskirts, because I couldn't see any by just a visual inspection. Thanks.

The side skirts are different on a 2gb I think they go with the car better.

They look the same to me. But if they are different, I think the difference is too small to really notice it.

I think the average person wouldn't look at your 2GB bumper then your 2GA sideskirts & think 'heyyy...something doesn't look right'.

One may look better than the other, but it won't look 'weird'. I'm in the same boat though..I want a 2GB Talon bumper but plan on keeping my 2GA rear & sideskirts.

This might help clear up the difference between the skirts. These are pulled from the gallery. Also, it should be noted that the grey strip around the bottom comes on all 2ga turbos. The non-turbos don't have that.

PERSONALLY i LOVE the 2gb front bumper with everything else stock on a 2ga.

I planned on doing a complete 2gb conversion, but after i put the 97-99 front/headlights on the stock 2ga side skirts and rear looked good so i decided to leave it looking like a mutt (2ga sides/rear 2gb front/spoiler):

Yeah my 95 GST does not have the grey at the bottom. I have seen quite a few that don't have it, seems to do with the color of the car, mine is white.

TBH, I LOVE 2gb fronts on 2ga's. Just the front though...even though I went all out on my 2ga...I did a full 2gb swap.

Thanks dude Those pics were taken about like a year and a half ago, i guess it still looks the exact same today though with the exception of thermal catback and soon FMIC oh and i guess i'm missing a damn sidemarker light now too, the damn thing just fell off like a week ago WTF , gotta love dsm's

I'm also interested to see some more 2ga/2gb combo dsm's. If anyone's got pics, dammit post them up now!

IslanderTSI, 2ga Talons didnt come with the stripe, just eclipse's.
GSTinCO, are you sure your car wasn't repainted? Im 99.999% sure ALL 2ga ECLIPSE turbos had the stripe.


2ga/2gb combos are hot, 2ga has a great looking rear

Then your car has been painted. No way around it. If the car was a turbo model in 95-96 it was Logan Silver Metallic on the bottom. Anyway, here is my car with a 2gb front, 2ga sides and rear and repainted a solid color.

Hmm you don't get in any trouble for your reverse lights being red? I thought they had to be white..

So far I've had no problems with it, but yeah, they're supossed to be white. I've been stopped several times and I've never been told anything about my reverse lights. Maybe my exhaust gets their attention completely

That looks sweet, never really liked the slip streams on DSM's but it came out really nice on that car.

I wasn't planning on getting these wheels or even black at all. I got them for cheap, like cheap as hell and I couldn't really pass it up. I paid more for tires at 55 a piece than the wheels and they were almost brand new. Tires are cheap and they are light. I've thought about getting something else but price and weight just smack me in the face.
