2g Pocketlogger software+ Visor Prism

I had an M105 for a few weeks as my logger. The m105 broke, so I got a Handspring Visor Prism and serial cradle. I am running Palm OS v3.5.2, and I cannot make a connection with the car. The cradle itself works fine, and the OBDII cable works fine. I tried this setup in my moms 1997 Plymouth breeze, and I got somewhat of a connection. It kept saying "comm error" in upper left hand, then threw some fatal error at me and reset itself. I am trying to figure out what is wrong, and how to fix it.

Comm error and fatal error does not sound like much of a connection to me!

What datalogger is this?

This is using digital tuning inc. software. I tried it on a friends car today- 1998 GSX, and the same thing happens. It turns out he is having the exact same problem as me, and he is using a palm M500 running palm OS 4.0. This is really wierd... Im sure someone has run into this before. Thanks for the reply.

Well, still no luck. I am kinda lost. I hooked it up to the 97 plymouth breeze again and turned up another error at the top of the screen reading: "Bad CS". I hope someone has had this problem before and knows what to do.
