Ok, So I just installed a ACT 2600 to replace my old warn out 2100. And now the car is grinding going into evey gear, infact it is almost impossible to get into some. The flywheel was turned (and stepped properly on both ends) and I cant seem to figure it out.... it is like I am almost not pressing down the clutch... IT is soo bad I just want to sell the darn thing.... ARGH! I cant stand it.... IS there anything you can think to do to make it better... or did we goof something up when we stepped the clutch to the flywheel... it is an ACT Flywheel.....

Should I try replacing my master cylinder? I already replaced my slave cylinder before... but I dident use the speed controll one, I used the one without... do you think that would make a huge diffrence when I do actually have speed controll (cruse I think that means)

Already tired both... the cltch is adjusted all the way out and the lines are blead..... I think I am going to try a new Master Cylinder and lengthen the MC adjustment rod a half an inch

I'd say you'd have to adjust it, make it engauge higher. But if you already tried that, I dunno what else would help. But what do I know, I drive automatic :(

Were the bolts for the pressure plate torque at 25 ft lbs. ? If not they need to be also did you take off the fork and check the fulcrum? Its a ball that the fork rest on. If it has wear it will effect engagement of the clutch.

Fixed the problem..... the clutch master cylinder was shot and while we where at it we lengthend the clutch master rod so we had more adjustment either way.... Fixed the problem 10 times over..... Now I just got a leakey transmission seal we are trying to trak down.... think it is the output shaft to T-case seal... which makes me mad.
