I guess I was one of the lucky ones who received my package from FedEx before Christmas. I apologize for not posting an update here as I don't post contribute to the forums very often (but I really should).

These look great and I can't wait for when you decide to offer the fronts as well.

Bobby, my arms came in today. Let me just say, your pics made these control arms look great, but having them in person, they look amazing. So great work, thanks again for offering these, and I look forward to your next group buy part set. Can't wait.

Will do. Might be a little bit as I go pick up the new spyder shell next Thursday, then gotta swap out the rear subframes for the awd. So hopefully have some pics for you sometime next month.
Any one else received an operational delay message from FedEx? Package delayed with no delivery date.

Its slow as i rang them today, ones that are in the US have not been scanned yet, they say they got over 17k of parcels back logged so i just have to wait and nothing they can do either. Im sorry about this all.

If only covid did not get the wife and make me isolate then i would of been 2 weeks earlier and likely missed all this issues! Damn covid

Good thing I'm a patient person. The mail service sucks no matter what time of year, or what plagues are spreading around. Don't feel bad about isolating, you did what was best, no worries.
HELLO EVERYONE!!!

as of yesterday everyones but 2 have shipped out now and tracking has been supplied in either PM or paypal!

Thank you all for your continued support! Im glad I can keep offering items to you all and will continue to do so

Have a wonderful Christmas with your family and friends!!!

take care Bobby

Hey all.
bit of news/update.

My wife has Covid so im isolating / awaiting for me to get it (if i do) currently im fine and negative and thought by now being so close in 1 house I would of got it by now! Hmmm

So im not able to go into work nor allowed to currently so the remainder of the arms will be on hold till im back. Coaters know this so will wait till im back and they are done.

Good news is the inner brackets are back from being coated! Those are only folded and then ready for coating so i got them done and out the way and are currently packed and ready for the arms to be done and packed together.

Bolt packs are pretty much done now.

Other then that no other updates yet.

I will keep you all updated here with my situation as if i do get a positive result i have to reset my time to isolate again 😒😢

Until then thanks for understanding the situation.

Take care man, hope the wife is feeling better soon.
Update folks.

Last weekend and current I have been welding arms up. I got perhaps next sat to do the last lot.
Tomorrow / monday im going to get the powder coaters ready to collect them asap once they are completed.

During the week at home im going to finish off getting the rodends together.

Shipping boxes are here ready and im awaiting delivery of the secondary shipoing boxes and hardware pouches so by the time powder coating comes back i can clean the threads out and get them packed up ready!

So currently it seems like im a bit ahead of schedule. Normally the coaters take about 1 week to complete maybe a day or so more since its a much bigger batch this time.

Tubes in and has been cut. Started to bend them and work on them for final fitment. Got a new tool thats a tube notcher to see if this is a nice way to work with it now. Vs hand scoloping ( I have always wanted one so hopefully it does the name justice )

Laser cutters are finishing off the cutting and are about to start the bending of the brackets.

CNC parts are started but slow as they are still finishing off a job. I got all the rodend inserts now but not the steel parts yet apart from 2 for mocking up and prepping the tubes. This should be now complete by end of the week or monday at worst.

All hardware is in!!!

Few pics of what progress i have currently

update time!!!!

everything has now been ordered and prepped minus the shipping boxes. those will get orders in the next week or 2 as thats the last thing i need.

CNC parts will be done in about 2 weeks as they just finishing up a job they are on.
bolts (hardware) should be here sometime the end of this week.
rodends will likely be next week
i have some metal coming for the laser cutters to cut and fold all the plates out, those might be done in about 2 weeks also so hopefully it all ties in nicely for me to crack on with it all.
I’m in, good thing I checked the forum. Won’t pass me again
