- This car originally was bought by my brother in law with the engine in pieces. He worked on getting it running. He did but it was rough. After chasing some gremlins, he autocrossed the car for one season and then moved on.
It was sold to someone in our autocross club. Once in his possession , the ECU died, swollen caps. He then installed a DIYPNP ECU and got it running again. He daily drive it for the winter but got tired of the clutch in traffic and started daily driving one of his other cars again. Then it sat for a year.
Bring's us to March of 2015, I bought it to be my dedicated weekend racer. Primarily autocross but will attend a few lapping days here and there.
