Here is the offical description for coilovers fom the tunning guide:"Adjust your ride height and have total tuning control over your suspension travel. "...Can i adjust the coilovers whn i install them? And what is a suggested height for a 2g GSX?

Yes you can adjust them very easily after you install them. Ride height, well, that's debatable....mine is set to 1.5" lowered all around.
