2G How do I assemble this?

I think pics would help..... is it just off the motor? the intake manifold is cast and cannot itself be disassembled. but it can be removed from the engine, the throttle body can be removed etc.... just need to know what you are talking about

Did you get a Haynes/Chilton manual? If your engine still looks like the pics in your profile, you've got a lot left to do. Just follow steps 12-1

These are the 4 gaskets for the intake mani.
The little one is for the egr tube.
You should put new O rings on the injectors before you re-install them

The bottom one goes between the head and the manifold.
The middle one goes between the upper and lower sections of the manifold
then of course the top one is for the throttle body

Should be 8 bolts total if I remember correctly. 6 small 12mm and 2 large 14mm. 3 12s on top and bottom and 14s on left/right sides.

for the upper intake to lower intake bolts, they have a 10mm head and look like

Injector seal question allowed? If not delete.
I dropped injector seal, the bottom not the top that seals the injector and rail
Other end
Can I purchase just the seals or the whole injector must be bought?! AZ and oreilies told me they don't carry them

For 420a engine:
http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/d...=Search_02524_1316573_2699&pt=02524&ppt=C0024

420a injectors just have an o ring on each end, both the same size

For the 4g63 and 4g64 you can only get the o rings at az and o reillys

You can get the seals from mitsubishi

Here are the part #
MD614805 Fuel Injector (upper isolator)
MD087060 fuel Injector (lower isolator)
