Can someone explain the vaccum hose route on a external wastegate together with a MBC

Its the same as it is with an internal wastegate, only your using the bottom port.

Just to add to this. The top port is left open to reference the wastegate to atmospheric pressure. In some high end systems you can add positive pressure to this top port to keep the wastegate from popping open due to excessive exhaust back pressure.
