Hey guys, I have a 95 TSi AWD with an auto tranny. The tranny is pretty well shot...have to pull the shifter into 1st gear to take off...let off the gas, shift to 2nd...wait for it to engage and then it's all good...but the end clutch is out too...no slips, but tranny is junk LOL

Anyway, here are the mods I have so far: RHR Racing 3" turbo-back exhaust, Injen intake, 10.5mm 6 core plug wires (ordered them from eBay for $46 shipped...they're awesome), NGK BPR6EKN's. There's no boost controller on the car...I have all the vacuum's hooked up RIGHT...but I hit 15 PSI boost. It's leaking off slightly...falls off to around 13-14 PSI at WOT.

I would like to *affordably* make some more hp...nothing serious. I don't want to drop 2 G's on performance parts when I need a tranny...trying to build this car up on a budget, and I only have $3,100 in it now.

What should i do next? I need a BOV...would like to change the intercooler and piping. Would a 1G intake mani. make a difference? What about a 1G N/T intake mani...are they the same? 1G exhaust mani? aftermarket tubular exhaust manifold? inexpensive turbo...possibly used, for a decent power gain?

What should my next steps be? Just looking for a little guidance. Thanks ahead of time.

1. t25's cant hold boost till redline your reason for boost dropping
2. rebuild tranny before modding. you should make sure the car is in proper working condition before modding. all your going to do is add more power and break more parts in the long run. and if the car is not at 100% working condition then you aren't taking full advantage of your mods
3. after getting the tranny get a mbc and bov. no need to change the ic because your smic is sufficient with you mods. icp you can change dejontool makes good pieces
4. no need at the moment for 1g intake mani or 1g n/t inake mani. i am not sure if they are the same. dont wont to guess
5. 2g exhaust mani are better the 1g mani. tubular exhaust mani>Sbr exhaust mani>evo exhaust mani>2g stock exhaust mani... tubular and sbr mani are the best but tubular is a bit more expensive
6. 14b with 2g install kit

7. Fix tranny!!

Hope I helped a bit
