Defi EGT Gauge install (red/white/black/orange wires?)

I figure red is power, white is power to the back light, black is ground.. so where's the orange one go? I took both red and white power and hooked them to the CD deck, then the black one I grounded. Should the orange go on the orange or yellow wire to the CD deck. Anyone? I searched.

More extensive searching shows that red/orange/white can be combined to power if you don't care about it always being on, etc.
If anyone knows the wire schematics for stuff in the center consol area on a 1g
that would be cool, otherwise I'm going to do the mickey mouse wire job.

White wire-illumination
-To 12v wire when small lamp on
Black wire-GND
-To ground or negative battery terminal
Orange wire-IGN
-To 12v wire when ignition on
Red wire-12v Battery
-To 12v battery wire
