i just got the lm-1. i am planning on tuning with it this weekend. what i am wondering is if i can tune using the lm-1 and safc-2 and pocketlogger without seeing my rpms through the lm-1. if so, how would i do it? would it just hafta be glancing at the wb when im at wot and noting the a/f ratio along with rpms or is there another way? sorry it's a newb q but i really dont have the extra money for the rpm cable, i just got my jrc FMIC!!!

You really need the RMP so you have decent log info to look at when you are done with a pull.

do u just tap it into the ecu i assume? but for right now to tune it properly, i would basically need a person to look at the a/f ratio and note the rpm's right? damn thats some broken ass tuning!

A/f can change so fast that having a second person may not be accurate readings vs logging with rpms.
