Normal,
Should I be worried about pulling the restrictor on my stock 2g. If not what should I expect out of it??

if you dont know what it does why it does what it does - and
what you stand to gain from it ? leave the car alone.

damn dave i know what it is and what it does i was just wondering if i should be worried about it spiking or anyother problems. thanks for your help 99red.

You worry about spiking if you do ALL the free mods/ uicp/bov and remove the cat. (test pipe) ..just removing the restrictor ( to gain 1 psi ) shouldnt cause no spiking probs.

Sorry - didnt mean to come of "pricky" -- wasnt my intent.

I think it's pointless to pull the restrictor on a stock 2g because the stock 2g BOV leaks at 12psi.....and the car is already boosting 14.5 psi stock.

...and by the time you are ready to boost anymore than that, you should have an MBC, which eliminates the use of the BCS.
