Hi, the rearend i am using for my 4bolt swap is from a JDM galant vr4.

this rearend had AWS, or all wheel steering, and the pump ran off the rear differntial via a drive shaft going into the rear differential with a gera on the end if it, resting on the back of the differential gears.

I plan to pull this shaft, and weld a plate over the hole ontop of the differntial case where the pump and shaft reside.

this should work, Just askiing info or advice, thanks.

WOW you guys are SOOOO helpful,

But again, i have solved my own problem,
i am going to weld a steel cover over the hole.

I looked inside, and the power gear just runs off the back of the diff gears, so it should be fine.

thanks again
