What are some things that could cause a BAD miss, my tsi will barely run at this point, I changed the TB along with ISC motor,TPS etc.. and after I was done I had an instant miss. Can a bad ECU do this, I have new plugs, wires. What about a bad coil pack or a boost leak cause a miss. Any ideas?????

have you ruled out injectors?

also, pull each plug wire off. one by one, and see if when you remove the wire on a certain plug, nothing changed.

when i swapped rail and injectors on my ride, it was missing real bad, so one by one, i pulled a plug, whil eit was running, and found the cylender that was not firing.

so itll help you narrow down if its fuel or spark problems fast and easy.

for mine, each plug i pulled made it miss Worse and idle worse, until i pulled the one from the bad injector cyl. and nothing changed.

Hey,
Thanks lordpaxin I had a plug wire not getting contact on the coil end, I had new plug wires but for some reason the end piece was bent in to small and was not contacting, I do still have a little idle surge but at least it is running smooth now, thanks for the advise. Later
