I got a question how to you tune the HKS Blow Off Valve Is the screw on the back? Do you losen it or tighten it to get more of a high pitched whisling sound?

Loosen. If you loosen the spring, it makes it easier for the BOV to open up with vaccum; not necessarily making it louder, but making it stay open longer and pushing out more air.
