I was having a fun day. Car was pulling super fast and I was wasting everyone on the street. Took it to the track for the first time and half way down my first run the car just died with nothing. Pulled it over popped the hood and the timing belt disappeared. It was no long in the car at all. No loud sound or anything. What are the odds that my valves are not bent. The Somebody told me to turn the cam gears to see if they move. The one that is near the front of the car moves easily and the other one near the firewall can move, but not easily. Just wondering if I need to order up some new valves. The bad part was the timing belt was replaced only around 5,000 miles ago. Any tips would be appreciated before the head has to come off.

Just start diassembling, don't try to turn it over, they are shot. I am wary of how the T- belt, or B-belt, may have been put on last time in regards to how tight it was, or how well it was put on since 2G tension pulleys are a bit trickier to use than the 1G's.

yeah that is what I figured. It sucks. I had a really good lauch too and I was wasting a 4th gen Supra TT. I wish I at least made one run or had my belt snap on the highway before I got to the track. It would have saved me some money
